REPORT:PAYUSUNB.RDF - Unacceptable Tax Balance

Goal

The purpose of the Unacceptable Tax Balance Report identifies employees with potential incorrect withheld amounts for the following taxes:

Federal Income Tax (FIT)

State Income Tax (SIT)

Local Income Tax (LIT)

Social Security (SS)

Medicare (Medicare)

FUTA (Federal Unemployment)

SUI (State Unemployment Insurance)

SDI (State Disability Insurance)

This report identifies Quarter-to-Date (QTD) or Year-to-Date (YTD) balances that were different then the calculated taxes as of a specific date. When a balance error is found, the offending balance name and value is printed on the report beneath the employee's names, along with a message identifying the problem. 

Please note the Unacceptable Tax Balance report does not identify issues with State Disability Insurance (SDI) tax type for Hawaii and New York
