Information About Setting up Communication Types

Customer is looking to use communications to trigger an email from the Confirmation Statement page in Self-Service > Benefits.
For example, during annual enrollment, once an employee finishes with their elections in Self-Service, the enrollments can be printed from the Confirmation Statement page.
But during this year's annual enrollment, customer wants to be able to trigger an email from that same confirmation page.
Customer believes Oracle allows the ability to set up the communications trigger, but not the email portion of it, but they need to know which trigger to use.
