Symptoms

When attempting to create an order via Service Request > Charges tab, an error occurs.

Error:

Submit order failed. CS_Charge_Create_Order_PVT Procedure Submit_Order
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called

Steps:

(R) Customer Support
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request

 - Navigate to the Charges tab
 - Enter all the information
 - Submit Order

=> Error results
