Symptoms

When attempting to complete a Balancing Segment Value (BSV) assignment in the Accounting Setup Manager (ASM) the following error occurs after clicking on the complete button.

ERROR:
"java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: The mandatory argument object_version_number value cannot be
null Cause: The mandatory argument object_version_number has either not been specified or has been
explicitly set to null in the API hr_oru_shd.lck . Action: Either specify a value for the
object_version_number argument which is not null or contact your local support representative.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ASM
2. Add BSV
3. Click complete, error appears
