On Navigating to Customers Details form, the web page errors out and gives the following error:

  You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
On checking the exception log, the error shown is as below:

 Detail 0 ## java.lang.NullPointerException at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OADataBoundValue.selectValue(
