Symptoms

Cannot create transmission configuration. Trying to save a new transmission configuration of type "Local File Delivery" results in following error:

java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into
("IBY"."IBY_TRANSMIT_VALUES"."VAL_SEC_SEGMENT_ID")

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Funds Capture Setup Administrator> Transmission Configuration 
  2. Create Transmission Configuration for Local File System delivery
  3. Transmission Configuration creation fails with error
