Symptoms
On 12.0.6:
Create Settlement Batch is failing with folllowing error
ERROR
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
ORA-06512: at "APPS.IBY_EXTRACTGEN_PVT", line 143
ORA-06512: at line 1
Issue only happpens when the customer has more than on active bank account on site-level or on account-level. Otherwise output is generated.
