Symptoms
On 12.0.6 in Production:
When attempting to use the "FORGET PASSWORD" feature from Oracle Applications, the user is unable to reset the password due to the following error:
Too many pending requests already exists in the system. Please check your email or contact the
System Administrator for further assistance.
