R12 - The Registry Id Field Does Not Appear In Customers Creation Screen For One Responsibility (Doc ID 876136.1)

Symptoms

The Registry ID field appears in the Customers Creation screen when using one Receivables Manager responsibility (A) but not when using a different responsibility (B).


Steps To Reproduce:
1.  Login to responsibility (B) having the issue.
2.  Navigate to: Customers > Customers.
3.  Click on Create button.
4.  Create Organization page appears and the Registry ID field is not there.
