Symptoms
When performing any actions in the Shipping Transactions form (Autocreate Deliveries, Ship Confirm, Un-assigning the Delivery etc..), the following error message is raised:
ERROR
---------
Error: This action cannot be performed on all selected records.
Click on Detail button and get the following:
Error: The action can not be performed because the selected records could not be locked.
Alternate additional error message that may be raised:
Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.
NOTE: These errors may also occur if you click on the Ship Confirm button, use Action Launch Pick release, or many other actions in Shipping Execution. This message may be visible ONLY in the Shipping Debug log file, after performing the action with debugging options enabled. Please see <Note 290432.1> for instructions on obtaining debug log files from Shipping Execution.
