This problem can occur on any platform.
Need to modify the credit_hold flag in the hz_customer_profiles table.
Using API "HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILE_V2PUB.update_customer_profile" to update the credit_hold flag but receive the following error:
This record in table hz_customer_profiles cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user.
