Symptoms

After Upgrade to R12, find no tax information is shown, only the PO (Purchase Order) lines with zero tax are shown.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a PO.
  2. Navigate to: Actions -> Manage Tax.
  3. Find  no calculated Tax on these PO lines as it happens in 11i.

Upgrade from 11i to R12
