"The Template Preview has failed" Error Using Rich Text Editor for Contract Clauses (Doc ID 876993.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to preview a contract template the error below occurs:

ERROR

"The Template Preview has failed. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact the System Administrator."

 

This patch will also resolve issues where table formatting is not retained, but no error is given.
