-- Problem Statement:
The Saved Query saved on the Rate Inquiry (RIQ) screen is user specific and cannot be made visible across other users.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Go to RIQ via Ask OTM.
2- Fill in your search criteria.
3- Save the RIQ at the bottom of the screen.
4- login as another user > you will not find the saved RIQ in the drop down list.
