Manual Gross, Net, and Tare weights entered in the Shipping Transaction Form on the delivery
details that show up on delivery are overridden during ship confirm. The Gross weight is equal to
Net Weight value and Tare Weight is equal to 0 after Ship Confirmation completes. This issue is
causing their freight costs to charge incorrectly. Freight charge is against Gross weight but time
of ship confirm it is overridden by the Net Weight value.
Expect that the manually entered weights not be overridden and that the tare weight is not 0 after ship confirm completes.
