Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

This Note is to provide information on the use of "Purge Order Management Workflow" concurrent program, to purge closed workflows, specific to Order Management.

This functionality is provided in the following patches:

R11i10 customers through <Patch 9845873>  It was first available in <Patch 8505882> - 17 JULY 2009, ORDER MANAGEMENT (11.5.10) CUMULATIVE PATCH

R12.1 customers through <Patch R12.SCM_PF.B.delta.2>, <Patch 12.1.2> Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.2 Release Update Pack (RUP2), or <Patch 9018110:R12.ONT.B>

This functionality is not available to R12.0 customers.  Bug 14069915 states:

Bug 8627148 was an enhancement request that introduced a new concurrent program, not a bug. We are unfortunately not able to backport to 12.0.x at this time.  The customer is advised to plan upgrading to 12.1.x and use Oracle Workflow's Purge Obsolete Runtime Workflow Data program or the public API wf_purge.items(force=> TRUE) to achieve similar functionality as Purge OM Workflow program.
