Symptoms
When attempting to update item cost ( FORM: CSTFITCT ) the following error occurs.
APP-BOM-24060 you cannot update item cost when transactions existed for an item .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Cost Management responsibility
2. (N) Cost -> item costs -> item costs . find item , cost type : Frozen .
3. Press (B) Costs , show error
