Override Terms Flag is Unchecked Yet Terms Can Be Changed (Doc ID 878632.1)

The "Override Terms" flag is not set at either the customer nor address level
but the user is allowed to change the terms on customer orders.

This appears to be true for all customers.

1. Query up a customer in ARXCUDCI.fmb
2. Make sure at both head and site level, the override Terms check box is not checked
under Profile: Transaction tab
3. Query up an order, you can change the Payment Terms under the Orders tab
