Goal
On 12.0 there is a need to disable the option to "Unseal" an RFQ from the list of values in Action LOV after the RFQ is unlocked, and "Blind" is not an option.
The business case is to prevent suppliers being able to see each others responses when a Sealed RFQ is Unsealed.
The suggested workaround by Oracle Development in the Enhancement Request <Bug 8360252> was to:
- Close the RFQ
- Unlock
- Then continue with the RFQ without Unsealing.
However, this will allow any Sourcing Buyer to click on this action by mistake and set the quotes visible to other suppliers.
Is there any way to remove "Unseal" from the LOV so that no Buyer can ever Unseal an RFQ?
