11.5.10: Patch: FRM-41072 Error When Assigning Tasks to Team Member in UWQ (Doc ID 879149.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add an Assignee to a Task in Universal Work Queue, the following errors occur if the Assignee Name contains an apostrophe:


'IN_ON_ERROR trigger'
'FRM-41072: Cannot create Group COUNT_RG'
'IN_ON_ERROR trigger'
'FRM-41076: Error populating Group'
'FRM-40735: ON-ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002'



The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

(R) Customer Support
(N) Universal Work Queue

Click on Group Owned Tasks node and select a Group.  The Tasks for the selected Group are displayed.
Highlight a Task then select a User from the Assignee field where the Assignee Name contains an apostrophe.

Click Apply and the errors will display.
