Bank Account Names Where Converted To R12 With "-[Org Id]"

This problem can occur on any platform.


During upgrade from 11.5.9 to 12.0.6, all bank account names where upgraded
with "-[org ID]. 

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open CE responsibility
2. Navigate to Setup>Banks>Bank Accounts
3. Search the account name.
