This problem can occur on any platform.
After logging into OTM, it is observed that the screen is not getting loaded completely . Client
needs to clear the internet cookies and files from their browser to solve the problem. This is happening several times in a day (about 10 times) and to clear the browser cache everytime to resolve the issue is not possible. It has been confirmed that this issue is specific to IE6 and they do not have the problem with IE7
