5.5:OTM: Error when creating New Invoice using Custom Screen Set

This problem can occur on any platform.
Client creates a Custom Screen set for Invoice and assigns the seeded Manager Layouts to the New,
Edit and View Controls in the General tab. They find that when they try to create a New Invoice,
they get the error:
01. It is observed that they have no issue when they Edit an existing invoice or query any Invoice
with that custom screen set and issue is only when they try creating a new invoice and hit the
02. It is also confirmed that they are able to successfully create a new invoice with the seeded
Invoice Screen set
