Triggers Do Not Generate Campaign Schedule On Using Triggers With Conditions (Doc ID 881083.1)

On in Production:

Triggers used for Marketing Do not generate campaign schedules even though the Campaign schedule is active and the notifications are sent saying trigger condition has met and no emails are sent automatically.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create Campaign schedule of type Direct Marketing, email.
2. Attach a trigger to it.
3. Get the required Approvals.
4. Make the schedule Active.
Still triggers do not generate campaign schedules.
