When attempting to change the quantity of a configurable item in the shopping cart and then choose the Recalculate button the following error occurs.

ERROR
Error returned from CZ_CF_API.Validate, validation_status <> 0
Error returned from CZ_CF_API.Validate, config_messages: l_html_pieces.COUNT <= 0

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add item to the cart
2. Configure
3. Change quantity in the shopping cart
4. Choose Recalculate
