Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
OTM is not considering the added accessorial time when calculating and validating the shipment work time against the rate service Max Work Time. Thus, the shipment is built with work time greater than the max work time although the rate service configured with Shipment Infeasible When Time Exceeded.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Configure a rush hour rate service (Rush Hour calendar) with accessorial time and Max Work Time Usage Type of Shipment Infeasible When Time Exceeded.
2- Plan a shipment and notice that work time is greater than the max work time.
