How to Create Manufacturing Items when Uploaded from Excel ? (Engineering Item Flag set to Yes by Default) (Doc ID 882505.1)

Goal

While creating items by uploading from Excel, see that the engineering item flag is always set to 'Yes' . This is the existing behavior. 

MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B.ENG_ITEM_FLAG is set to 'Y' by Default for all items uploaded from Excel.
