'Planned Uom' LOV Shows No Entries On Repair Order Form / Repair Tasks Tab (Doc ID 882933.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement

Find that in Repair Orders form/Repair Task tab the 'Planned Uom' LOV does not show any values.
Expect the LOV to be populated with the Units of Measure.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log in with Oracle Depot Repair Super User responsibility.
2. Create a repair order.
3. Create a task.
4. Click on the 'Planned UOM' list of values.
The list is empty.
