Synchronize WF Local Tables (FNDWFLSC) With Parameter POS Errors With ORA-12801 and ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found (Doc ID 883122.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run the process 'Synchronize WF LOCAL tables' with the parameter 'Orig System' of 'POS' (HR Positions), the following error occurs.

ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found

Note! The process is successful when using values other than 'POS' and 'ALL' for the parameter 'Orig System'.

Steps To Reproduce:
      1. Login to the Applications.
      2. Choose the 'System Administrator' responsibility.
      3. Navigate to 'View-> Requests'.
      4. Submit a new request for 'Synchronize WF Local tables'.
      5. Choose 'POS' for the parameter 'Orig System'.
      6. Use default values for the other parameters.
