Leg Classification on One Leg of a Multi-Leg Itinerary Causing Failure for Consolidation on All Legs
Last updated on SEPTEMBER 08, 2016
Applies to:Oracle Transportation Operational Planning - Version: 5.5.04 to 5.5.05.07
This problem can occur on any platform.
A MultiLeg Itinerary is configured where one of the Itinerary Legs includes a Leg Classification. Multiple like orders (e.g. two) are created where they have different Leg Classifications (as defined on the Constraints tab). The expectation is that they should be consolidated on all of the legs with the exception if the single leg where the Leg Classification is defined.
Instead, all the legs are not being consolidated and duplicate shipments are being created.
