Symptoms
When attempting to submit concurrent requests via System Administration responsibility > Schedule Requests, checking the Increment Date Parameters checkbox has no effect. It has been verified that fnd_concurrent_requests.increment_dates is set to "N" for respective concurrent request submission, even when checkbox is checked.
