Symptoms
When attempting to create shipment line the following error is encountered:

ORA-20001: Error when converting quantities of item ALCL000034 to Lbs. in Package
INL_LANDEDCOST_PVT Procedure Manage_Proportion
The UOM classes must be per the hard-coded LCM classes: 'Quantity', 'Volume', 'Weight' and 'Value'
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create PO
2. Approve PO
3. Go to LCM, Shipment Workbench
4. Create Shipment Line
5.action: Generate Charges
6.action: Manage Charges
add charge Line types and associate with PO lines
7. action: Calculate
