BNE Create Document - Intercompany - Single Batch Entry

Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.1.x, the Web ADI Excel sheet has a wrong format when creating the "Intercompany - Single Batch" document.

Some blank columns without header seem to have been inserted in the spreadsheet between the normal columns.

In other cases, also LOV may be missing for the Transaction Type field at header level.

The other GL integrators seem to be ok.
