Symptoms
It was found that when an Alternate Resource is defined, the ODS Load Worker errors as below and the Data Collection completes normally if the Alternate Resource is not defined.
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Define an Alternate Plant Resources.
2. Navigate to Advanced Supply Chain Planning > Collections > Collect From Oracle Systems > Standard Collections--> Launch the data collections.
3. See that planing ODS Load completes with warning with the said error.
