The Italian purchase VAT Register and on the Italian Sales VAT register are showing incorrect GL dates and transaction dates. They are
always one day earlier than they should be.

For example, a transaction which has a transaction date and GL date of 19-Aug-09 in the system, it is showed with dates of 18-Aug-09 on the VAT register.
