From 11.5.10 to R12
Goal
Instance runs in a two node environment.
The database tier has the database running, while all other APPS-processes (including Concurrent Manager) are running on an APPS-tier.
When the OM Debug File Retrieval Concurrent Program is used to try and retrieve a debug file from the database-tier to the APPS-tier, the following error is raised:
"cat: cannot open /orderora/orastst2/DBHOME/appsutil/outbound/STST2_toebsdora02/l2003089.dbg "
