Symptoms
After applying ATG RUP 6 on Release 11.5.10, the Purchase Order (PO) approval fails at activity
"Delete PDF Attachments" resulting in the POs getting stuck with an In Process status.
Error Message:
ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE

Steps:
1. Create new Purchase Order
2. Submit for Approval
3. Encounter the error in Workflow
4. Note the In Process status of the PO
