11i: Receive No Data Found When On Quote Line Price Adjustments Form

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When navigating to the price adjustments window in forms quoting, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Click on Quote Line
2) Actions > Price Adjustments
3) Receive NO DATA FOUND.
4) Close the error message window
5) ctrl + F11
6) F11 (do not enter any criteria)
The proper lines show up on the Price Adjustment form
