-- Problem Statement:
Order 140002316 received errors when trying to split a 2500 qty in 2500 individual lines. Errors
were ORA-04030 - out of process memory when trying to allocate 24588 bytes. ORA-06500 - PL/SQL
Storage error. ORA-06510-Unhandled user defined exception, ORA-6512- APPS OE_SPLIT_UTIL at line
1916. Same error. APPS OE_SPLIT_UTIL line 1380
-- Steps To Reproduce:
Right-Click on line 2.1, clcik on Scheduling, Split Line. Split lines in increments of 1 until
all qty is split. Clicked on Split button. Then received error.
