R12: US NACHA CTX Format Has No XML Template (Doc ID 887862.1)

Goal

There is a seeded format called "US NACHA CTX Format" in the application.  The format does not have an XML template associated with it.  When a Payment Process Profile is created using the invalid format (IBY_PAY_EFT_NACHA_CTX_US), the batch errors out in the Build Payments step with the following error....

Exception occurred when invoking format process for payment instruction.
