JSP's Fail to Compile With Command "ojspCompile.pl --compile"

When attempting to compile JSP's using the following command:

perl ojspCompile.pl --compile

Some of the jsp's error

 JDK was recently upgraded to JDK 1.5

Examples of errors:

_csfwOrderPart.java:1408: as of release 1.5, 'enum' is a keyword, and may not be used as an
(try -source 1.4 or lower to use 'enum' as an identifier)

[618542] !!COMPILATION ERROR(0) dddCallChMgmt.jsp:
_dddCallChMgmt.java:736: cannot find symbol
symbol : method appendMAC(java.lang.String,oracle.apps.fnd.security.HMAC)
location: class oracle.apps.fnd.common.URLTools
url = URLTools.appendMAC(url, URLTools.getHMAC(ctx));


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to unix as applmgr
2. Run command:

perl ojspCompile.pl --compile
