Symptoms
The AuditTrail Update Tables concurrent request is failing with below errors:

APP-FND-00016: No primary key information exists for table GMD_SPEC_RESULTS_A, audit table not made.
Action: Define primary key information for table. Auditing cannot occur on tables without primary
keys.

Fatal error in fdaupc, quitting...
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Navigation - System Administrator > Security > AuditTrail > Groups.
2. Run the "AuditTrail Update Tables".
