How Can The Install Base Fields Be Exposed In The Case Worker Responsibility? (Doc ID 888363.1)

Symptoms

On R12 require the ability to expose the Install Base fields in the Case Worker responsibility. These fields are available in the Customer Support Specialist responsibility but
not in the Case Worker responsibility.

Expected Behavior:
Expect to be able to use the Install Base fields in the Case Worker responsibility the way they
can be used in the Customer Support Specialist responsibility.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the Case Worker responsibility to view an existing Service Request
2. The Install Base fields are not available.
