Symptoms

On 11.5.10.2:

When attempting to query a Position, the following error occurs:

ORA-04062: signature of package "APPS.HR_GENERAL" has been changed

FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

An unexpected Error -4062 has occurred. An alert has been sent to the system administrator. ORA-04062: signature package "APPS.HR_GENERAL" has been changed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) UK HRMS --> Work Structures --> Positions --> Description
