How to Clear Cache, Bounce Apache when requested for tools like iSupport, iStore (Doc ID 888616.1)

Within iSupport  when changes are made to profiles, setups or other configurations the user is requested to "clear mid-tier cache and bounce apache".  The following steps should be used to do so when this request is made.

As a general rule this is a also a good 'first step' to perform as well when any oddity may strike iSupport that came out of the blue.  In other words, no new patching was applied to the instance recently or changes were made, but a new problem began to occur to the user community.
