Active Site Usage In AR Not Reflecting In Contact Center (Doc ID 888892.1)

Symptoms

Find Bill to Address usage is active in Customer Standard form but in Contact Center form it is not displayed as Active.
Unable to select BILL TO usage from LOV also.
Due to this reason is not defaulted for SR in Create Service Request Form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Need to see the bill to usage that is active in AR form as active in Contact Center form also.
