Symptoms

Cannot close the period, but no exceptions reported on the Period Close Exception Report.  Manual events created from Journal Entries Screen remains in an unprocessed status even after final accounting.  The Closing Diagnostic script shows:

MANUAL events with Event_status_code and Process_status_code ='U'
