IEXRCALL: 'Transaction' Tab , Type "All", Does Not List Credit Memos

In the 'Transactions' tab on the Collections workbench, the 'ALL' filter is not displaying Credit Memos, however when switching the filter to 'Credit Memos', Credit Memos are retrieved.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open the UWQ and select a customer
2. Drill down into the Collections workbench
3. (T) Transaction
4. By default the 'ALL' filter is selected
5. Invoices and other record types will be displayed, Credit memo's will not.
