Merge Shipment Action is Deleting Stop Remarks and Involved Parties

Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
On 5.5.04 find that when two Shipments are merged some of the Remarks on the stops are lost.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the remarks to be kept.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1 - Log onto an OTM 5.5.04 system.
2 - Navigate to: Order Management > Order Release > Order Release.
3 - Create two Order Releases:
Order 1 from Bristol to Reading.
Order 2 from Reading to London.
4 - Plan each order separately via Actions > Build Buy Shipment > Direct.
5 - Order Order 1 is built on to shipment, 01114
6 - Order Order 2 is built on to shipment, 01115
7 - Navigate to: Transportation Planning and Execution > Buy Shipments.
8 - Search for and edit Shipment 01114.
9 - Click on the stops tab.
10 - Add remarks as follows:
Stop 1, Remark Qual: REM, Text: Bristol
Stop 2, Remark Qual: REM, Text: Reading 1
11 - Search for and edit Shipment 01115.
12 - Click on the stops tab.
13 - Add remarks as follows:
Stop 1, Remark Qual: REM, Text: Reading 2 pk
Stop 2, Remark Qual: REM, Text: London
14 - Select the 2 Shipments and clicked : Actions > Change Shipment Route > Merge Shipments.In the next screen clicked OK.
15 - In the drop down select Shipment ID: 01114 and click Manual.
16 - The two shipments were merged into Shipment 01114.
17 - Edit the Shipment and look at each of the stops:
Stop 1 (Bristol) has the remark qualifier of Bristol.
Stop 2 (Reading dropoff) has the remark of Reading 1
Stop 3 (Reading pickup) has no Remark.
Stop 4 (London) has no Remark.
18 - The remarks on Stop 3 and 4 have been lost.
