Cannot Pass Parameter through Personalized Menu (Doc ID 942055.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
You created a custom menu, Tools-> Approval History.
In Order organizer, place cursor on order number.
Click Tools -> Approval History, the Sales Order Approval History jsp page will pop up No information is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect to see the Approval History in the jsp page for order number.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User
2. Order organizer
3. Place cursor to order number
4. Tool -> Approval History
5. See Sales Order Approval History jsp page will pop up, no information is displayed.
